Description

Responsibilties:

  • Face the customers throughout the entire sales process
  • Be the head of negotiations including all aspects related to the commercial contract with support from relevant subject matter experts
  • Direct the commercial parts and be the overall responsible for the bidding and contracting strategy to ensure an attractive but risk balanced offer
  • Relationship building with customers and other stakeholders internally/externally
  • Be accountable for the customer dialogue throughout the complete sales process and own the relationship of important accounts together with other stakeholders in Vestas

Qualifications:

  • Significant interest and enthusiasm to work within renewables and specifically offshore wind
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (or similar), coupled with relevant professional and project management experience, ideally within the wind energy, power plants, infrastructure or the construction industry
  • Understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of complex products and ability to translate this knowledge into a contractual context
  • Experience with long-term sales processes and will be required to deliver results in a matrix organisation selling large-scale projects
  • Experience with Yellow FIDIC Book
  • Fluent English required, Polish language skills would be a significant asset

Competencies:

  • Demonstrate significant ability to effectively deliver results on high stake projects under complex and varying conditions
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to build support from internal stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Capable to take discussions and influence Executive Management
  • Comfortable to take discussions with C-Level Contacts with the largest customers
