About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing strategic client relationships, and generating new business opportunities within the UAE market.

This role is suited for a sales professional with an established portfolio of clients, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales/business development experience in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong professional portfolio with an established client network and proven sales achievements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and corporate sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise solutions, IT services, technology, banking solutions, recruitment services, or other B2B products/services.
  • Existing relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
