Procurement Manager

Expertise in Automotive, Tactical , Industrial Sourcing is a must.

We’re hiring a hands-on, strategic procurement professional with experience in tactical auto spares, gear, and uniforms.

You will lead sourcing, supplier performance, and cost control across complex manufacturing supply chains, balancing cost, risk, and delivery.

Looking for someone process-driven, commercially sharp, and strong in execution, who can also elevate team capability and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Suppliers

• Develop sourcing strategies for complex categories
• Source directly from mills, OEMs, and Tier-1 manufacturers
• Build and manage a reliable global supplier base
• Implement multi-source strategies to reduce risk

Technical & Commercial Execution

• Work with high-strength steel, industrial components, and technical fabrics
• Translate engineering requirements into sourcing solutions
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts, pricing, and risk
• Deliver measurable cost savings without compromising supply continuity

Supplier Performance & Quality

• Monitor OTIF, quality, and compliance
• Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions

Data & Market Intelligence

• Analyze spend, pricing trends, and supplier performance (Power BI preferred)
• Track global raw material trends and cost drivers

Leadership & Operations

• Evaluate team capability and align skills to business demand
• Drive process-oriented procurement practices and execution discipline
• Promote strong work ethics, accountability, and ownership mindset
• Operate independently while supporting and mentoring the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing / procurement
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or technical apparel
• Strong background in steel, components, and technical materials
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong analytical mindset (Power BI preferred)
• Process-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
