(Junior) Full Stack Developer (All Genders)

Our DTC webshop, Shopify Plus ecosystem, and internal tools are key growth drivers. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who helps us build, improve, and scale the digital foundation behind our business.

This is a role with real ownership: you’ll work closely with E-Commerce, CRO, Marketing, and IT to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and customer-facing solutions.

YOUR TASKS

• Shopify Plus Development & Optimization: Build and improve our Shopify Plus storefront, including Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, theme architecture, and custom functionality. Support projects across checkout, cart flows, apps, and customer experiences.
• AI-Enabled Development & Automation: Use modern AI coding tools as your daily driver to accelerate development, improve workflows, and help build internal tools and automations that make our teams more effective.
• CRO & Experimentation: Create and iterate on A/B tests and conversion improvements, working closely with our CRO and E-Commerce teams. Turn insights into practical changes that improve the customer journey.
• Shopify Ecosystem & Integrations: Contribute to our Shopify Plus infrastructure, including custom apps, Shopify Functions, APIs, tracking integrations, and automation workflows.
• Performance & Quality: Help keep our webshop fast, stable, and scalable by improving Core Web Vitals, code quality, accessibility, and overall frontend performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRO, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Shopify & Web Development Experience: You have 1-3+ years of experience building web applications or e-commerce experiences and ideally hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Liquid, themes, or Shopify APIs.
• Strong Frontend Foundation: You are comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend development. Experience with React, Next.js, Remix, or Tailwind is a plus.
• AI-First Mindset: You actively use AI tools in your development workflow and know how to evaluate, improve, and validate AI-generated solutions – this isn't optional for the role, it's core to how we work.
• Ownership Mentality: You like taking responsibility, working independently, and turning ideas into shipped features – while knowing when to ask for input.
• Pragmatic Execution: You focus on solving problems and delivering value. You know when a solution needs more depth and when a simple approach is the right one.
• Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable working in English.
