Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Create engaging social media content, marketing creatives, and promotional campaigns.

Design marketing materials using Canva.

Create and edit short-form videos for digital platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and campaign execution.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC).
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
