EDMP is seeking a top-tier Smart Metering professional with strong technical authority, ownership mindset, and proven experience in AMI and smart grid solutions.

This role involves end-to-end technical leadership across solution engineering, tender strategy, product positioning, FAT execution, and customer delivery. You will act as a key technical authority, driving complex decisions and ensuring successful deployment across utility environments.

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical solutioning for AMI and smart metering projects

• Drive tender intelligence and compliance strategy, including shaping winning responses

• Provide deep technical expertise on meter architecture (hardware and firmware)

• Own Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer validation processes

• Act as the final technical authority for complex problem-solving and decision-making

• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, commercial, and delivery teams

• Manage multiple high-impact priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Smart Metering / AMI with proven impact

• Strong understanding of meter internals (hardware and firmware) and system-level thinking

• Expertise in tendering, compliance analysis, and technical strategy

• Hands-on experience leading FAT and utility-facing technical engagements

• Strong knowledge of IEC/ANSI standards, DLMS/COSEM, and AMI ecosystems

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive outcomes independently

• Strong decision-making capability in high-pressure environments

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field

• Master’s Degree is an advantage

• Additional certifications in Smart Metering, AMI, or Smart Grid technologies are a plus
