Job Opportunity – Head of Marketing (m/f/d) – D2C Growth, Brand & Product Marketing

Location: Waghäusel, Germany (Hybrid – approximately 2 remote days per week after onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the overall D2C e-commerce growth strategy, driving revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

- Scale acquisition across paid media, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and other digital growth channels.

- Continuously optimize marketing funnels, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and retention.

- Manage marketing budgets, performance targets, and growth initiatives based on business KPIs.

- Build and oversee a data-driven marketing ecosystem, including tracking, attribution, forecasting, testing, and performance measurement.

- Strengthen and evolve the brand positioning while ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

- Lead product marketing initiatives by defining value propositions, positioning, product portfolio strategy, and go-to-market plans.

- Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing organization, fostering a KPI-driven, high-performance culture.

- Support B2B sales initiatives through marketing assets, lead generation, and strategic positioning.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in D2C and e-commerce growth marketing.

- Proven track record driving business growth through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

- Solid expertise in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, tracking, and attribution.

- Ability to combine growth marketing with long-term brand strategy.

- Experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing marketing teams.

- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong leadership capabilities.
