Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts equivalent to CCNA level , including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, BGP and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls , including policy management, security zones, NAT, traffic analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM), including virtual servers, pools, health monitoring and traffic management.
• Support and troubleshoot complex network incidents within large-scale enterprise and cloud environments.
• Review and validate network-related Major Incidents and recent infrastructure changes to support accurate incident qualification and root cause analysis.
• Analyze network connectivity issues across firewalls, load balancers, routing, DNS and application infrastructure.
• Perform validation activities during service introduction, ensuring network readiness, DNS configuration, IP allocation, monitoring and reachability requirements are met.
• Manage network infrastructure lifecycle activities, including logical decommissioning, IP address management, and removal of network devices from monitoring and management platforms.
• Work closely with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud and Operations teams to ensure service stability and operational excellence.
• Utilize network management and monitoring tools such as IPAM, NetBrain, Spectrum, HPNA, CAPC, TACACS/RADIUS and related enterprise platforms.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in L1/L2 network support
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Excellent communication skill (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of networking technologies (WAN/LAN/Security)
• Must have understanding of F5 Load balancer and security devices
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
• Fluent in English (C1/C2)

• CCNA/CCNP
• ITIL
• Prior Experience with SAP networking
