JOB TITLE: Logistics Supervisor

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Supply Chain

REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager / Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods across the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily delivery and distribution routes across the UAE
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Monitor fleet activity, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery while minimizing delays and costs
• Liaise with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, sales) to align logistics with business needs
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip sheets, and logistics documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company transport policies
• Resolve on-ground delivery issues, customer complaints, or routing conflicts promptly
• Support inventory checks and stock reconciliation during transit/dispatch
• Supervise and guide drivers/logistics staff, ensuring discipline and productivity
• Prepare periodic reports on logistics KPIs (delivery time, costs, vehicle utilization)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–4 years of logistics/supply chain experience within the UAE (mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — required for coordination with local suppliers, authorities, and clients
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, regions, and delivery zones
• Familiarity with logistics/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and team supervision abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
