WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US:

The AI Enablement team is a newly established, cross-functional team within SimCorp that builds organizational capability and accelerates AI adoption across all business functions. We partner with product teams and functional leaders to deliver AI literacy programmes, co-build sophisticated AI solutions, manage reusable component libraries, and drive value measurement across the enterprise.

As an AI Learning Consultant, you will be a key member of SimCorp's newly established AI Enablement team. You will design and lead AI learning experiences that develop capabilities across the organization, helping us progress from executive awareness to applied practitioner skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Coordinate and align AI literacy initiatives across functions, acting as the go-to resource for learning design and enablement content.
  • Design, develop, and deliver role-relevant AI learning programmes across all employee functions and maturity levels – in close collaboration with HR and functional leaders.
  • Build and maintain a library of playbooks, prompt guides, use-case templates, and workflow toolkits tailored to the SimCorp context.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and self-paced learning modules for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, ensuring content remains current as tooling evolves.
  • Support the AI Enablement team's advisory work by contributing training components to advisory and co-build engagements with business functions.
  • Manage communities of practice, AI advocates networks, and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions to sustain momentum and embed AI habits.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through adoption data, surveys, and feedback loops; continuously refine content based on outcomes.
  • Contribute to change management communications and awareness campaigns that support AI adoption across the organization.

WHAT WE VALUE:

Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational capability building, or training facilitation.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering effective training programs in a corporate environment, covering digital tools or technology topics.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) and the ability to translate that into engaging, practical learning content.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and tailor communication to the needs of different stakeholders.
  • Effective facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with digital learning formats (e-learning, video, self-paced modules).
  • Structured approach to content development with attention to quality, consistency, and learner experience.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Background in financial services or enterprise software environments is beneficial.
