Information Technology Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure across the office and project sites, ensuring smooth and secure technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide IT support to office staff and project site teams.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Set up IT infrastructure for new project sites.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts.
• Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance, and access control systems.
• Monitor data backup, cybersecurity, and system performance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for support and procurement.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues with minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience , preferably in the fit-out, construction, or engineering industry .
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, VPNs, firewalls, and IT security.
• Experience supporting both office and project site IT operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
