MEP-Engineer – Landscape, Swimming-Pools & Water Features

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, specializing in landscape, swimming pool, water feature, and outdoor lighting projects across the UAE.

This role is ideal for a proactive engineering professional with strong technical expertise in MEP design, project execution, and site management, capable of delivering high-quality projects while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design MEP systems for swimming pools, water features, landscape irrigation, and landscape lighting.

• Prepare electrical load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable sizing, and related electrical calculations.

• Assist the drafting team in preparing technical drawings, lighting layouts, and construction documentation.

• Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, material submittals, and shop drawings.

• Manage and supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.

• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of pumps, filtration systems, piping networks, control panels, and associated equipment.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, authority requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize project delays.

• Prepare inspection requests (IRs), method statements, material inspection requests (MIRs), progress reports, and other project documentation.

• Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities.

• Attend technical meetings and coordinate design changes during project execution.
