QA/QC Engineer – Building Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join a leading construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction projects and will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all works comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings, and approved method statements.
• Conduct inspections of civil and architectural works at various stages of construction.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved materials.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, and quality logs.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their closure.
• Ensure all testing activities are carried out as per project requirements and relevant standards.
• Participate in internal quality audits and project quality meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company quality procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in QA/QC for building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and construction standards.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Familiarity with consultant approvals, inspections, and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of quality management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
• Employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and gratuity as per UAE Labour Law.
