Auxilium is hiring: Junior Logistics Engineer- Relocation to the UAE!
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Engineer for a reputable construction client in the UAE.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the technical planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations across construction sites. This includes material movement, site setup, vertical and horizontal transport coordination, welfare area management, plant coordination, and ensuring logistics activities are delivered safely and efficiently in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support site logistics plans based on project drawings, specifications, and construction sequences.
Supervise and coordinate with Logistics Foremen for daily site operations, labour allocation, plant movement, and site setup.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure logistics support is aligned with construction activities.
Monitor vertical and horizontal transport systems, including hoists, ramps, access routes, and lifting equipment.
Track plant utilization, fuel consumption, equipment status, servicing, breakdowns, deliveries, and off-hiring.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, third-party certifications, and project procedures.
Maintain logistics documentation, including lifting plans, MSRAs, DSTIs, temporary works records, and toolbox talks.
Support commercial teams with logistics data for cost control, contra charging, and reporting.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure logistics activities meet project and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics or site engineering.
LEEA Certified AP certification will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of site logistics planning, plant operations, transport coordination, and safety compliance.
Experience managing site teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
Familiarity with LEED, Estidama, and environmental reporting is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and logistics planning tools/software.
Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from a construction background are highly preferred.
