The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, high-level administrative and organizational support to C-suite executives, including the CEO. Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant ensures the smooth management of executive operations, communications, and strategic priorities. This role is integral in optimizing executive productivity, facilitating seamless coordination across departments, and managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
Executive Support
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO, including proactive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between executives, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the executive team.
- Ensure the executives are well-prepared for meetings by compiling agendas, supporting documents, and post-meeting follow-up on action items.
Operational Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility.
- Coordinate and support the planning of corporate events, off-site meetings, and internal functions for the executive office.
- Oversee administrative processes such as expense reporting, attendance tracking, and procurement for the executive office.
Project and Communication Management
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as required.
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive office and across departments, ensuring alignment and timely dissemination of information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling all business, personnel, and strategic matters.

- Attend required meetings, briefings, and training sessions as directed by management.
