Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with 1–2 years of UAE experience to support the execution of mechanical works on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, site supervision, coordination, and quality control while ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works, including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related systems.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate daily site activities with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, providing practical engineering solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and material requisitions.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of completed mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and company HSE policies.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, inspection records, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in an Electromechanical or MEP Company.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical Building Services.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of UAE construction practices and safety standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
