The Role

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and review detailed electrical shop drawings in line with project specifications and standards.

Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and authorities to obtain approvals for drawings and scope-related submissions.

Manage and track all authority submissions, ensuring timely approvals and compliance.

Liaise with relevant authorities for project approvals, inspections, and documentation.

Ensure all electrical designs and submissions comply with local regulations and authority requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical shop drawings and authority coordination.

Proven experience working with UAE authorities, including:

RTA (street lighting, traffic signals, ITS)

DEWA-ED (high-voltage works)

DEWA-WD (SCADA systems)

Chilled Water systems, particularly SCADA-related work

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Strong understanding of submission and approval processes in the UAE.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines efficiently.
