Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and inquiries.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts for timely order execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities.
  • Handle customer communications professionally and resolve routine queries.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
