Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and inquiries.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities.
- Handle customer communications professionally and resolve routine queries.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through efficient administrative support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
