Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong foundation in commerce and accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial data analysis, be proficient in modern AI-powered productivity tools, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and accounting data to generate meaningful business insights.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Utilize AI tools and data analytics platforms to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance and business operations.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
