HVAC Engineer

• Looking for Mechanical engineer with minimum 2 years UAE experience in the field of construction, Familiar with HVAC site execution, Plumbing site execution,
• Carry out preparation of Technical submittals of various materials, equipment etc.,
• Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, MEP & other drafting software
• Carry out detailed design, calculations & drawings.
• Carry out regular design reviews
• Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project cost.
• Preparation & Maintenance of design files and documents.
• Site Execution knowledge
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing,
• Design, review, and develop HVAC systems including cooling load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection in compliance with project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to verify design implementation and resolve any technical issues.
• Supervise installation works and ensure all HVAC systems are installed as per approved drawings and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, submissions, and inspections.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Manage project timelines and provide technical support to the project team.
• Drive to project sites as required for inspections, coordination, and supervision (valid UAE driving license mandatory).
• Support procurement by reviewing material submittals and coordinating with suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
