Business Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyzing customer behavior patterns and market trends to improve service offerings and support sales projects.
• Developing business plans and presentations for new strategic business areas and partnerships.
• Leading sales projects and coordinating internal departments across agile and international setups.
• Providing requirements for IT concepts and participating in testing phases for new business solutions.
• Creating internal reports for management and regional headquarters regarding market opportunities and competition.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in business, insurance, or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a high degree of customer orientation.
• Experience in agile project management, market research, or trend scouting is highly beneficial.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Professional fluency in both German and English, with strong presentation skills.
