The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the end to end delivery of large, complex modular projects, typically within data centre and semiconductor facilities. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex modular projects (data centres / semiconductor facilities)
• Take full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, site execution)
• Oversee commercial and contract management, including claims and variations
• Ensure project financial performance (forecasting, cost control, margin management)
• Maintain compliance with contractual and client-specific requirements

Show your expertise

• Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in managing complex industrial or construction projects
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in commercial and contract management
• Technical background in modular construction, data centres, or semiconductor projects preferred
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
