The Distribution Sales Manager for the Middle East region is responsible for driving growth, channel expansion, and market penetration across the middle east region for the company's Power Distribution and Industrial Controls products.

The role leads distribution strategy, manages key distribution partners and ensure execution of sales plans to achieve revenue, margin and market share objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Channel and Distribution Strategy:
  • Develop and execute distribution strategy aligned with regional business goals
  • Identify, appoint and develop new distribution partners across the middle east
  • Define channel segmentation and coverage models
  • Implement performance based partner programs
  • Revenue and Growth Management:
  • Deliver annual sales targets
  • Build and execute country level sales plans
  • Monitor sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Partner Development and Enablement:
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key distributors
  • Implement training programs for distributor sales bteams
  • Support demand generation activities and joint marketing initiatives
  • Market Development:
  • Analyze market trends, competition and pricing strategy
  • Support project business through distributor network
  • Strenghten brand positioning
  • Commercial & Operations Management:
  • Negotiate annual agreements and commercial terms
  • Ensure healthy inventory levels and working capital optimization
  • Drive compliance with company policies and credit management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of minimum expereince in power distribution and industrial controls business
  • Minimum 5 years managing distribution sales in the Middle East
