Description
A leading electromechanical company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC Products Sales Engineer to join its growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven HVAC products sales experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, including DX systems, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, HVAC controls, and accessories.
- Proven experience in the sales and promotion of well-known international HVAC brands across the UAE.
- Must have an established client base and strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies, and project owners throughout the UAE.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions from leading international brands across the UAE.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and sales forecasts to management.
