A leading electromechanical company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC Products Sales Engineer to join its growing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven HVAC products sales experience in the UAE.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products, including DX systems, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, HVAC controls, and accessories.
  • Proven experience in the sales and promotion of well-known international HVAC brands across the UAE.
  • Must have an established client base and strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies, and project owners throughout the UAE.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions from leading international brands across the UAE.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Submit regular sales reports and sales forecasts to management.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
