A day in the life of a Senior Specialist EDI & Data Operations (m/f/x):
- Act as the key data contact for the regional Hub, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead EDI implementations with customers in collaboration with global and wholesale hub west teams
- Optimize data flows, resolve data issues, and ensure high data quality and accuracy
- Manage and share master data with customers during sell-in and orderbook processes
- Validate and analyze customer sell-out data using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Tableau
- Drive Smart Replenishment initiatives and support replenishment strategy improvements
- Serve as the Hub superuser for dashboards and promote data visibility and usage
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of data processes and foundations
- Act as main point of contact during selling season, including EDI forward order preparation
- Provide first-level support and maintenance for the B2B portal
What do we need from you? You have:
- University degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods environments with high SKU volumes and seasonal peaks
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
- Familiarity with EDI standards such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12
- Understanding of business and operational processes, ideally in supply chain or EDI environments
- Experience with EDI platforms such as Boomi, IBM Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, or eBiss is a plus
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Basic understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, or VAN
- General database knowledge
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Familiarity with incident management processes
- Awareness of GS1 standards (e.g., GTIN, GLN, labeling) is an advantage
