Quantity Surveyor

We’re Hiring: Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dubai, UAE

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost estimation, quotation preparation, supplier management, and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project quotations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Manage budget control, cost tracking, and project financial reports.
• Review and evaluate contract variations, claims, and progress payments.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team, engineers, clients, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of trusted suppliers to support ongoing and future projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of comprehensive experience in Quantity Surveying and quotation preparation (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong network of local suppliers and knowledge of UAE construction materials and pricing.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with management and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
