About Us
Four Square Steel Constructions Contracting LLC, a part of the Blue Square Group of Companies, is seeking a motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all MEP activities at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor site progress and ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Assist in project planning, cost control, and resource allocation for MEP works.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
