Job Title: MEP Project Sales Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Project Sales Engineer at ENERGY TECH EDGE LLC, Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities across MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) within the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business prospects with new and existing clients in the MEP market, leveraging strong product knowledge and application experience.
  • Understand the importance of sales forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Maintain continuous contact with key market players to stay informed of market trends, opportunities, and developments.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and driving sales growth within the UAE.
  • Handle professional correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales updates and meeting reports.
  • Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
  • UAE experience 5 years or more. (Required)
  • Salary + Commission
