Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQs, procurement support, subcontractor management, and project cost control for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Review tender documents and prepare accurate project costings.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and monitor project expenditures.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements.
• Prepare variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams.
• Verify measurements, certify subcontractor invoices, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure timely submission of cost reports and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory.
• Strong experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project cost control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
