Quarero Robotics develops next-generation autonomous security robots for professional and industrial applications. Our systems combine robotics, artificial intelligence, advanced camera technology, and autonomous navigation to protect people, facilities, and critical infrastructure.

We are looking for a talented Software Developer – Robotics & Autonomous Systems to help design, develop, and continuously improve the software powering our autonomous robotic platforms.

Your Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software for autonomous security robots

- Develop algorithms for autonomous navigation, localization, and motion control

- Integrate and optimize camera systems, LiDAR, and other sensors

- Develop computer vision and camera-based perception capabilities

- Integrate AI and machine learning into robotic applications

- Improve software architecture, reliability, and system performance

- Perform software testing, debugging, and performance optimization

- Take shared responsibility for the technical evolution of our robotics platform

- Create and maintain technical documentation

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python

- Experience with ROS 2 and Linux

- Experience with Git and modern software development practices

- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Computer Vision, Camera Technologies, Sensor Fusion, SLAM, AI-based Perception

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Good written and spoken English
