Sales Engineer

We are a growing construction company in Dubai seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve company targets.

* Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

* Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, systems, or contracting services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

UAE driving license preferred.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
