We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented professional to join our luxury ladies salon as a Sales, Marketing & Salon Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in growing the business by managing customer relationships, overseeing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, driving sales, executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is passionate about beauty and fashion, and has a strong interest in digital marketing and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Salon Coordination

  • Welcome clients warmly and ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Manage appointments, booking schedules, cancellations, and staff allocation.
  • Handle customer registration and maintain client records.
  • Process billing, POS transactions, and daily cash/card collections.
  • Coordinate daily salon operations and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and daily schedules.
  • Assist management in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Recommend suitable salon services and beauty treatments.
  • Promote memberships, packages, and retail products.
  • Follow up with customers after appointments.
  • Encourage online reviews and customer referrals.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Generate new business through digital marketing, networking, and community engagement.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, fitness centers, residential communities, hotels, and influencers.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention.

4. Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Manage the salon's presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Create engaging reels, stories, videos, before-and-after transformations, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Appear confidently in videos representing the salon brand.
  • Coordinate photography and videography sessions.
  • Monitor trends and implement creative content strategies.

5. Digital Marketing

  • Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Configure and optimize Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Improve local search visibility through Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in beauty, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, sales, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in salon reception or salon operations is an advantage.
