Site Engineer (Audio-Visual System)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual System Site Engineer with a strong background in Audio Visual systems, Stage Lighting & Rigging, Home Cinema, and Home Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on project execution experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to support project delivery from design through commissioning.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry.
• Proven experience in AV project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive project site experience in commercial, residential, entertainment, or hospitality projects.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• Stage Lighting Systems
• Rigging Systems
• Professional AV Systems (Audio, Video, Control)
• Home Cinema Solutions
• Home Automation and Control Systems
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV and automation systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and layouts.
• Ability to read and understand AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architecture drawings.

Project Responsibilities

• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in project execution activities.
• Coordinate site installations and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct system installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Additional Requirements

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV, lighting control, and automation technologies and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and correspondence skills is an added advantage.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
