In this role, you will join the Finance Productivity function and act as a key partner to Finance and Business leadership, driving transparency in workforce costs and FTE development. You will leverage advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and continuously enhance reporting, data quality, and planning processes.

This role is based in our Frankfurt or Munich office.

What you will do

  • Ensure high data quality for internal and external workforce data in close collaboration with HR, Finance, and relevant business functions
  • Gather, integrate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
  • Translate complex analyses into clear and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business Managers and Senior Management on workforce-related topics and cost developments
  • Take ownership of workforce reporting and continuously improve reporting standards and transparency
  • Develop and enhance processes, controls, and tools for data validation and automated reporting
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including personnel cost components (e.g., base salary, benefits, variable compensation)
  • Contribute to the evolution of the data architecture (e.g., databases, BI tools, AI-driven analytics solutions)
  • Support senior stakeholders with ad hoc analyses and strategic requests

What you bring

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in workforce controlling, HR controlling, compensation and benefits, or a comparable analytics-driven role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex datasets, perform impact analyses, and derive actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SQL or database environments is a strong plus
  • Interest in modern data technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data platforms)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to senior audiences
  • Proven ability to act as a business partner and constructively challenge stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and a passion for data
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement attitude
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
