We specialise in connecting investors and end-users with the best ready and on-plan property opportunities across the UAE. Our team is built on developer relationships, market intelligence, and a client-first culture. We are expanding our on-plan division and looking for a driven specialist to grow with us.
Role Overview
The On-Plan Specialist focuses on ready and near-completion properties listed on the Dubai market. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and property matching to viewings, offer negotiation, MOU signing, and transfer at the DLD. You will be expected to maintain a strong pipeline of ready units, build relationships with sellers and landlords, and guide clients through the transactional process with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and convert buyer and investor leads for ready properties across Dubai
- Build and maintain an active inventory of on-plan/ready listings across key communities (Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Palm Jumeirah, and others)
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with tailored shortlists based on their budget, ROI expectations, and lifestyle needs
- Manage the full transaction cycle: enquiry → consultation → viewing → offer → MOU → NOC → DLD transfer
- Negotiate effectively between buyers and sellers to close deals
- Coordinate with conveyancing teams, mortgage brokers, and developers for seamless transactions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant — Form A, Form B, Form I, MOU, NOC, and DLD transfer paperwork
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Log all leads, viewings, and deal progress accurately in the company CRM
- Stay current with market pricing, community trends, and DLD transaction data to advise clients accurately
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai with a proven track record on ready/secondary market transactions
- Active RERA Broker Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of joining)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market: pricing trends, community comparisons, DLD transfer process, and mortgage dynamics
- Excellent English communication skills — Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on commission
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling buyer-seller dynamics
- Polished presentation — comfortable with end-users, investors, and HNWIs
- Proficiency with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut)
- Own visa / transferable visa preferred and Arabic language is a plus
