We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts (including international clients)
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Ensure profitability and monitor contract KPIs
• Perform regular client visits and collaborate closely with internal teams
• Handle customer issues and escalations
• Monitor market and competitor developments

Your Role

• Implement the sales strategy and grow existing client relationships
• Develop tailored solutions and commercial offers
• Manage projects and ensure smooth execution
• Identify new business opportunities (approx. 15% focus on Austria)

Your Profile

• Experience in sales and key account management
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiations and sales processes
• Technical understanding, ideally in metrology
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
