We’re seeking a motivated Project Management & Execution Technician to support the execution of complex projects involving the modification, expansion, or optimization of existing facilities.
Position Overview
To support the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of new/improvement projects in a brownfield environment (e.g., site preparation, infrastructure installation, or facility development). The role involves working on new builds/people spaces, following blueprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and quality standards.
What You'll Do

Site Preparation & Installation

Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavation, and utility installation.

Install infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical components per project specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation & Execution

Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ensure all work aligns with project designs, building codes, and client requirements.

Construction Coordination

Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate material delivery, equipment setup, and task scheduling.

Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance

Adhere to OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific safety standards.

Conduct regular safety checks, report hazards, and maintain a safe work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and safety inspections.

Prepare daily logs, punch lists, and compliance reports for project management engineer/lead.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

Troubleshoot construction challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Adapt to changing project requirements or site conditions.
What You'll Bring* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in construction, electrical, mechanical, or civil field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, site work, or new build projects. Familiarity with brownfield environments is a plus.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in using construction tools, machinery, and software (e.g., CAD, project management tools is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Moderate language skills both in English and German

- Certifications: Valid driver’s license and relevant trade certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing, welding).
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for shift work, weekends, or extended hours during critical project phases.
