Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to join a leading property developer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through client onboarding and strategic partnership development.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokerage firms and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred.
  • Wealth management background is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in brokerage acquisition and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Arabic speakers are preferred.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
