This role ensures seamless post-sale customer service and efficient collection management, covering the full journey from Sales Confirmation to the completion of all purchase-related obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry preferably with a real estate developer.
  • Previous experience in customer service, collections, receivables management or client relations.
  • Experience in following up with clients regarding due payments, payment plans and account reconciliation.
  • Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, French, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as PDF editing tools and general business software.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-up schedules simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records and payment information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection and customer service targets.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, collections, or customer relations (preferably in real estate/developer sector in the UAE).
  • Experience with off-plan projects and post-sales customer management.
  • Familiarity with SPA terms, payment schedules, Oqood registration, DLD procedures and handover processes.
  • Experience handling payment defaults, restructuring requests and settlement negotiations.
  • Knowledge of Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar systems.

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
