Responsibilities:

Lead and manage dispute resolution cases involving litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies tailored to client needs.

Advise clients on legal risks and opportunities related to disputes and conflict management.

Represent clients in court hearings, arbitration panels, and settlement negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering professional growth and expertise within the team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance business development efforts.

Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends impacting dispute resolution. Requirements

Qualified legal professional with admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s).

Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.

Demonstrated success in handling complex dispute cases in a leading law firm or comparable environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing legal teams and client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.
