The Role

Join a leading law firm in Dubai as a Dispute Resolution Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex disputes for high-profile clients across diverse sectors. Utilize your extensive legal expertise to lead teams, develop strategic case strategies, and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic and prestigious environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage dispute resolution cases involving litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

  • Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies tailored to client needs.

  • Advise clients on legal risks and opportunities related to disputes and conflict management.

  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitration panels, and settlement negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

  • Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering professional growth and expertise within the team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance business development efforts.

  • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends impacting dispute resolution. Requirements

  • Qualified legal professional with admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s).

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.

  • Demonstrated success in handling complex dispute cases in a leading law firm or comparable environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing legal teams and client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced legal setting.

  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

  • Commitment to professional ethics and exceptional client service.
