Civil Draftsman

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Draftsman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans that support our civil engineering projects, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plans using CAD software.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.

• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.

• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

• Assist in site surveys and measurements as needed.

• Support the team in meeting project timelines through efficient drafting and revisions. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman or similar role in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

• Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction procedures.

• Attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills.

• Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations is a plus.
