Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling ELV or IT-related products such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom Systems, Turnstiles, UPS systems, and other low-voltage solutions. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary - AED 3000- 4000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors across the UAE
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in Zoho CRM
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Update and maintain sales KPI sheets, tracking pipeline and performance
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales coordinator for timely preparation and submission of quotations
• Follow up on orders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for product information, technical discussions, and solution alignment
• Provide technical and product support based on client requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Facility Management, Commercial, or Residential sectors is an advantage
• Experience in lead generation, estimation, solution design, tendering, proposal preparation, and account management
• 2–4 years of sales experience in ELV / IT / Technology industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Good understanding of ELV & IT infrastructure solutions
• Target-driven with strong business development capability
• Female candidates on spouse/father’s/own visa preferred
• SIRA certification is an added advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT) preferred
• Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields may also be considered

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
