This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support Department of Defense (DoD) customers across Europe, including USAFE-AFAFRICA and USAREUR-AF. This role leads multiple international projects, oversees contract execution, and serves as a primary interface with government stakeholders. The manager will ensure all project deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while directing teams supporting intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) and related mission areas.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

Lead and manage all phases of complex programs from inception to completion, including profit and loss oversight.

Oversee operational aspects of multiple ongoing projects and ensure alignment among project teams, leadership, and planning functions.

Establish and track milestones; monitor adherence to schedules and drive resolution of project issues involving resources or contract adjustments.

Evaluate progress against quality, schedule, and budget goals and adjust execution plans as necessary.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary customer contact for program activities, lead review sessions, and communicate cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Work routinely with government stakeholders and mission partners supporting USAFE-AFAFRICA and USAREUR-AF.

Identify opportunities to expand services or develop new business in support of evolving customer requirements.

Interface and direct subcontractor work in support of contract deliverables.

Team & Personnel Leadership

Manage personnel, performance, scope, budget, and schedule for contract support teams operating in multiple locations.

Direct employees across technical, administrative, and management functions.

Ensure onsite project staff meet all contract deliverables and compliance requirements.
