Data Analyst

We're working with a rapidly expanding consumer healthcare company that develops premium products at the intersection of nature and science. This innovative company is focused on creating significant value for its customers through its online shop and various sales channels, including marketplaces, retail, and international markets. The Role

• Strategically expand the business intelligence landscape, from data architecture to dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Analyze performance data from webshops, marketplaces, CRM, paid media, and logistics to derive actionable recommendations for management.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, and scenarios for growth management in areas like revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, retention, inventory, and channel profitability.
• Identify optimization potential across the entire customer journey, from acquisition and conversion to repurchase rates.
• Productively implement AI and Machine Learning applications for forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, automated reports, or marketing measurement.
• Establish a modern data stack setup (e.g., BigQuery / Snowflake, dbt, Looker / Power BI / Tableau) to ensure a clean and scalable data foundation. What You'll Need
• Completed studies in a scientific-quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, physics, or business administration with a clear data/analytics focus.
• Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Manager, Data Scientist, or in a comparable analytical role, ideally in an e-commerce, consumer, or scale-up environment.
• Profound experience with AI and Machine Learning, with proven success in co-developing, implementing, or productively operating AI-based use cases.
• Very good SQL knowledge and proficient in Python or R, with experience in modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketing, including how performance marketing, CRM, conversion optimization, marketplaces, and webshops interact.
