The following challenges await you: As Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) AI Governance & Architecture, you will shape, position and further develop the Enterprise Architecture discipline with a dedicated focus on Artificial Intelligence within the Heraeus Group. You will define and evolve enterprise-wide AI reference architectures, architecture principles, guardrails and decision frameworks to ensure that AI initiatives are scalable, secure, compliant and aligned with the overall business and IT strategy. In close collaboration within IT, the AI & Digitalization Office and key stakeholders such as Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Risk Management, you will help establish a consistent and pragmatic approach to AI governance across the group.
