Package Owner / Package Manager CSA

: PM Group are seeking an experienced Civil Package Manager to join our high-tech manufacture construction project team in Upahl, Germany.

This is a long term (up to 24 Months), Freelance / Project Based contract, on our client site in Upahl, Germany.

The project involves a capacity expansion within an existing production facility. The scope includes the implementation of a new production and filling line, as well as the upgrade of an existing production and filling line.

The project will be executed in a brownfield environment, with a strong focus on safe integration into ongoing operations, hygienic design, operational readiness and compliance with food industry standards.

Es handelt sich um einen langfristigen (bis zu 24 Monate) freiberuflichen bzw. projektbezogenen Auftrag am Standort unseres Kunden in Upahl, Deutschland.

Das Projekt umfasst eine Kapazitätserweiterung innerhalb einer bestehenden Produktionsanlage. Der Auftragsumfang beinhaltet die Implementierung einer neuen sowie die Modernisierung einer bestehenden Produktions- und Abfüllanlage. Das Projekt wird in einer Brownfield-Umgebung durchgeführt, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der sicheren Integration in den laufenden Betrieb, hygienischem Design, Betriebsbereitschaft und der Einhaltung der Standards der Lebensmittelindustrie liegt

• The Package Owner / Package Manager CSA will lead and coordinate the CSA package, including modifications, extensions and refurbishment works within an existing operational production facility across the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction, installation, commissioning

• Act as the main interface for all CSA topics between the client, internal project team, design consultants, contractors, authorities, production, quality and EHS.

• Coordinate and review CSA design deliverables, including layouts, floor plans, building modifications, room concepts, construction details and interface drawings.

• Plan and manage CSA works in brownfield areas, including demolition, dismantling, structural modifications, installation works and reinstatement activities.

• Coordinate interfaces with building services, utilities, process equipment, automation, fire protection, drainage, ventilation, refrigeration and other technical disciplines.

• Support the client in authority coordination and permitting activities.

• Ensure compliance with German building regulations, relevant codes, EHS requirements, hygiene requirements and food facility standards.

• Monitor package progress against agreed scope, cost, quality and schedule targets, and implement corrective actions where required.

• Coordinate construction sequencing and shutdown-related activities to minimize disruption to ongoing site operations.

• Oversee construction quality, site safety, contractor performance, inspections, punch lists, handover documentation and as-built records.
