Role Overview
We are hiring a contract-based Sales Executive responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new corporate business. You will manage the full sales cycle independently and be compensated directly on the value of deals you close.Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the UAE corporate market
• Pitch 360° marketing solutions tailored to client needs
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Maintain a structured pipeline and report on progress regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, media, or advertising
• Existing corporate network in the UAE is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Self-managed, target-driven, and comfortable working on a contract basis

Must be UAE-based with valid work authorisation

Compensation
Commission on total deal value — uncapped
Hybrid working arrangement

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
