Sales Coordinator – Corporate Gifting & Advertising

Job Summary

BrandQube Advertising is seeking an experienced, highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Corporate Gifting and Media Production division. In this role, you will act as the core liaison between our clients, production teams, and local suppliers, managing corporate merchandising and print campaigns from initial client inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry & Quotation Management: Handle incoming B2B customer inquiries, draft precise commercial proposals, and prepare itemized sales documentation.
• Project Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with internal production teams, logistics providers, and suppliers to ensure strict adherence to client delivery timelines.
• Pipeline Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on open quotations, artwork approvals, client purchase orders, and payment terms.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Source high-quality promotional products and obtain competitive pricing from local and international supplier networks.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare detailed costing sheets to analyze project margins and maximize profitability.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date client profiles, track pipeline statuses in the CRM, and compile weekly sales reports.
• Client Relations: Nurture long-term relationships with active corporate accounts and handle troubleshooting to guarantee high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales coordination or account management experience within corporate gifting, commercial printing, signage, or modern advertising sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with promotional merchandising, print production workflows (offset/large format), and basic branding materials.
• Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for cost sheets, Word, and Outlook).
• Skills: Excellent commercial negotiation, written communication, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Location: Prior experience navigating the UAE corporate supplier landscape is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing supplier network within the UAE corporate gifting and advertising industry.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience working with promotional merchandise, branded giveaways, packaging, and print production.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
