As a Global Sourcing Manager Steel Towers, you strengthen Nordex’s global supply chain by developing sourcing strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and supporting the expansion into new geographic regions. You work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in securing competitive and reliable sourcing for steel tower components.
YOUR TASKS
Build and develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers for steel tower components
Coordinate supplier‑related activities across the entire value chain
Develop global sourcing strategies and implement them with internal stakeholders
Steer supply chain transformation into new regions such as the EU, Brazil, India, China, and the USA
Lead price and capacity negotiations to secure competitive conditions
Negotiate and manage global contracts including FPA, QAA, NDA, and service agreements
Drive supplier initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, CSR, Sustainability, and Innovation, ensuring KPI achievement
YOUR PROFILE
Background in procurement or a comparable commercial qualification
Strong costing and pricing analysis skills
Structured and management‑oriented working style
Ability to present effectively to senior management
At least three years of relevant professional experience
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel internationally
