Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive cum Academic Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business.

Key Qualities & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local UAE market
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Professional attitude and customer focused approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (UAE experience is an advantage).
  • Hold a valid UAE driving license
